At Main and Co Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Returns for Store Credit Only


- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Shipping : Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at mainandcoboutique@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning. Ensure all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the following address:

Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

Store Credit

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, a store credit will be issued to you via email. This store credit can be used on future purchases and does not expire.

Exchanges

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

- Sale items (all sales final)
- Personalized or custom items- trucker hats
